Jean-Luc Dulin and his team are looking forward to
welcome you to their restaurant, in the heart
of the bordelais vineyard, in Martillac in the Pessac-Leognan area.
You will be able to sample the local specialities, such as Foie Gras,
Duck Confit and Magret
of Duck, whilst sampling the local wines from the top growers. or local
aperitifs, such as the famous
Lillet.
Since it's opening , Le Pistou has been welcoming the visitors of the
local Chateaux, and organising
group meals for Tour visits of those Chateaux. It has also gained
recognition form the top guides in France, having been included in the 2003 edition of Gault & Millault.
